Redefining the old "scavenger hunt" format as a clever and edgy fundraising event, The Great Race for Education combines trivia and intellectual knowledge with cutthroat competitive challenges. Each team comprised of four people compete for prizes by traveling around Downtown Idaho Falls to pit wit, physical strength and speed against the other teams.
But the hard work starts months before when each team participates in their own fundraisers to raise money for student scholarships. Last year, we raised over $50,000 for local students and we are proud to build partnerships with others in a "race" to change lives.
One of the best parts? While the teams are jetting around town on foot, their Team Owners are living-it-up at home base competing in their own games to win cool prizes! After the Race is over, the after-party begins with a live deejay and a hot dinner catered by Stockman's Restaurant.
