Board of Directors

Chair of the Board

Walter N. Sato, Retired

Walter N. SatoIt is a privilege to help make higher education more accessible to members of our community. Private philanthropy is and will continue to be what transforms dreams into reality. By making a gift to the EITC Foundation, you are choosing to take an active role in the life of the College and its students.

Your gifts have the power to grow and transform so many students, faculty, and departments at this institution. To invest in the lives of our community members and to lend assistance to programs at this college is a wise business decision and a social reinvestment that empowers our entire community.

As the cost of living and school-related expenses such as textbooks and supplies continue to rise while funds remain limited, it will be community and business leaders who can make a powerful difference. Please share in our passion and commitments to affordable education by financially supporting the EITC Foundation. It is only through financial generosity and teamwork that we will help our students reach their education goals and turn dreams into the reality of success.

The volunteer Board of Directors monitors all EITC Foundation activities. All gifts are used in strict accordance with donors’ wishes. The Board of Directors have the privilege and honor in participating in the graduation ceremonies, where the realization of dreams of students are fulfilled and the wishes of the donors are met.

Thank you for considering the Eastern Idaho Technical College Foundation as a recipient of your investment in our community’s future.
