Do you have a talent and want to win a CASH prize? Enter our Idaho's Got Talent contest by posting a three minute video of your talent on our Facebook page.  We are giving away $500 to the first place winner! Do you dance, sing, juggle or play an instrument? We want to see your videos! See the rules sheet below and enter to win. Videos are accepted now until April 20th.

1st place: $500 in cash, $500 in a named scholarship at EITC
 2nd place: $250 in cash, $200 in EITC credit

3rd place: $100 in cash

How to Enter:


1. Post a video, up to three (3) minutes in length to ONE of the following Facebook pages:

Please remember that submitted videos DO NOT have to be slick, and highly-edited. In fact, we would much rather see a straightforward, un-edited performance that shows your personality and talent.

2. Video submissions will be allowed April 5 until April 20, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.

3. Winners will be chosen based upon natural talent, performance style and personality. Nine (9) finalists will be chosen by the Idaho’s Got Talent Pre-Judging Committee and one (1) finalist will be chosen by “Viewer’s Choice” – the video that receives the most comments from their Facebook posting. 

4. Singers are required to sing a cappella using only the microphone in the recording device (no voice machines or voice effects).

5. Songwriters/musicians/rappers can sing/rap to a track of an original work or cover and/or play your own instrument(s).

6. Bands may enter but must be recorded using only the microphone in the recording device.

7. Dancers or dance groups may enter a video of a dance performance with recorded music.

8. No fire, sharp objects, weapons or explosives (pyrotechnics) are allowed in your talent.

9. Nudity, profanity or illegal activity will be immediately disqualified from the competition and legal authorities will be contacted if necessary. 

10. Younger than 18? If you are chosen to in the top 10, your parent or legal guardian will have to give permission to perform, so please ask first.

11. If your act involves an animal, this animal must be able to perform in front of a large live audience without risk of injury to others. A liability waiver will have to be signed.

12. By entering this audition, each performer releases Rich Broadcasting, Eastern Idaho Technical College and the affiliated companies of each from any and all claims and/or actions in connection with this audition.
